Dreams & Destiny
Facilitators: Cameron Tukapua, Brian Berneman
As a healthcare professional, everyday I listen to stories about people struggling with their relationships. Knowing what I do about the Heart as the Ruler of the mind helps me to help others. This course introduces a holistic view of the Heart from Chinese medical, Yogic and cross-cultural perspectives. It offers you language for Heart connecting to yourself and others.
Leading retreats with people from all cultures has shown me how genuine Heartfelt sharing is a powerful path to healing. At the Heart of us all, we all want to be loved, accepted, respected and valued. Imagine the healing that could happen when we are all able to speak and listen with our Hearts. WOW!
Science is catching up with the Mystics!
Science can now measure how the energetic field of the Heart is 60 X stronger than the brain. In Chinese medicine the Heart is called the “Supreme Controller” and it steers the thinking mind. Learning to balance Heart and mind gives us access to our own super power.
Instinctively we know our Heart is our doorway to happiness and overall wellbeing. Evidence from Yogic, Indigenous and Chinese medical traditions have demonstrated this truth for thousands of years. Aligning head & Heart is designed to help you connect and find balance in your life, loving and thinking.
