Nourishing Roots offers a 7 step journey exploring where we come from, how to engage our constitutional strengths and nourish the true essence of ourselves and others.

In Roots trainings we combine Restorative Yoga practices with the spiritual self-identity teachings of Chinese medicine which has never separated the body-mind. The course design offers a 7 step structured healing pathway with matched Restorative practices to help rebalance the body-mind.

As a prescription for well-being, Roots is suitable for beginners and experienced teachers and practitioners. The restorative practices are simple, effective and easy to teach and share.

Autumn is nature’s season to reflect on where we have been and to gather the harvest of the year past. It is a time to gather our Qi in preparation for Winter. Join Cameron and co-teacher Lou Warren - experienced Yogini/chiropractor/TCM practitioner - to discover a well-being prescription which nourishes the Yin of the Body, Heart, Mind and Soul.

Through the lens of Chinese medicine we explore where we come from and how to consciously activate the true essence of our Self - spiritually, mentally and physically. We bring this focus into the body through restorative Yoga practices which naturally calm, direct and steady the mind - a medicine most needed for today’s world.

You will take away simple practices you can share with clients, family and friends to reconnect to natural balance through rest. 

A retreat is a time to put aside the usual distractions of daily life and focus on our inner lives. In this retreat we explore the patterns of our ancestors and significance of this bone deep coding. We view how the body is maintained by our daily choices of respiration, inspiration , digestion and letting go. Participants are invited to share their discoveries through interactive learning sessions. To embody the learning teachings are matched with specific restorative Yoga practices designed to rejuvenate the free flows and organ functions.

Learning to sense the movement of Qi , the subtle vibration of the organs, fluids and blood flow is a powerful way to heal. Attuning to the felt sense of our inside self can help to steady the mind and engage the grounded presence of the body.
