Details of this community wellbeing event will be available by 12 September. The intention is to bring people together, offer an education upgrade and open up conversation about some solutions for our nationwide mental health care wobble.

It seems almost the norm now for adolescents to be anxious. I absolutely applaud Cameron for her mission to make wellbeing accessible for all. Cameron has the loveliest open and engaging style—she lives and breathes what it is to be authentic and content and I loved this introduction to thinking about health from a holistic perspective.”

Meridian Yoga - Teacher Training

Meridian Yoga - Teacher Training

For Yoga teachers, health care practitioners, counsellors, leaders and learning facilitators. This four course 200 hour teacher training will be offered over a two year term in Auckland, Christchurch and Ubud, Bali. Each course is delivered as seven days of face to face teaching of 50 hours per course.

Each course is separate and the four courses together comprise the whole program of Meridian Yoga. Bali details and dates will be available October 2019.

The start and end date named on this event page is for the Energy Body Essentials course for Auckland. The Christchurch Energy Body Essential dates are March 30 - April 5.
