Designed as a pathway to share, Roots uses Chinese medical theory to explain how our bodies are formed from the bones up. To access the essences and deep energies in the organs and bones we practice Qigong and Restorative Yoga. The Roots teachings focus in how to nourish our Yin - the inner essences of the body. We explore Yin as the anchor for the mind, you will discover the importance of free-flowing energy, the prevalence of burnout and the significance of healthy self-expression as key to holistic well-being.
